Je commence à monter ma liste de variétés progressivement.
Il y a des variétés qui seront dans hors stock, il y a des variétés qui seront dans Disponible et il y a des variétés qui ne seront pas ma liste définitive.

|famille=Brassicacees|nomlatin=Brassica oleracea var. Medullosa|description=Une variété de chou, originaire de la région de Cantabrie (Cabezón de la Sal), Nord de l'Espagne, aux feuilles frisées vertes clair et aux veines très larges (près du 30% de la feuille). Fleuraison hâtive du printemps.

Comme les laitues "à couper", on couille les feuilles une à une pour la consommation et celles-ci, sur les marchées, sont présentées en bottes.

Cette variété de chou est très consommée dans le Nord de l'Espagne pour accompagner le pot au feu local (cocido montañés).
