Chair blanche,tendre, pas très sucrée, de bonne qualité. Feuillage demi-dressé, divisé à la base jusqu'à la nervure médiane.<br /> Cette variété est très précoce, elle convient å la culture forcée, ainsi qu'aux semis tardifs en pleine terre. Comme toutes les variétés de forme analogue le navet blanc plat hâtif ne fait que reposer sur le sol, où il ne pénètre que par son pivot, mince racine qui s'enfonce perpendiculairement en terre et ne se ramifie qu'à une certaine profondeur.<br /> Cette variété se distingue principalement du navet blanc plat hâtif ordinaire par son feuillage moins allongé et à limbe oblong, entier, denté sur les bords mais non incisé, et sa précocité encore un peu plus grande. La racine en est aussi très légèrement plus épaisse et plus arrondie.
