Enorme bulbe piriforme à pelure jaune pâle. Chair blanche.<br />

Saveur très très douce idéale pour consommation en "cru" dans les salades, etc.<br />

Cette variété demande à être semée dés janvier à l'intérieur et deux repiquages avant la mise au jardin en avril à 15 cm de distance sur la ligne. C'est le secret incontournable pour l'obtention de gros bulbes.<br />
