Fruit de 250 à 400 grammes de type beefsteak, aplati, aux épaules plus ou moins profondément côtelées et rebondies. Robe bicolore jaune se marbrant de rouge à maturité. Suivant les souches la couleur rouge est plus ou moins dominante. Dépression à l'attache pédonculaire peu profonde mais très large et liégeuse. Chair de bœuf dense, jaune marbrée de rouge.
