Description : Variété originaire du Missouri.

Feuille de pomme de terre.

Fruit rond aplati, blanc crème, de 200 à 500 g. Chair blanche type beefsteak. Cicatrice apicale ronde liégeuse.

Bon équilibre sucre - acidité.
